Custom orders typically take a week to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.
As soon as we receive your order request specification, if we don’t have any questions and the payment is complete, we will immediately send you a confirmation informing about the estimated shipping date.
We are happy to accommodate minor changes to your custom order (if possible) during the creation process. However, major changes may result in additional fees or a delay in the completion of your order.
We recommend spot cleaning your amigurumi with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging your amigurumi in water or using harsh chemicals, as this can damage the fibers.
Regular orders can be cancelled before they ship without incurring on any fees, otherwise they will be treated as returns (return terms will apply).
Custom orders can be cancelled before they ship, there will be a cancellation fee which will depend on how far in the process the custom crafting is at the moment of the cancellation request. depending on the state of the process and complexity of the custom piece, we reserve the right to reject the cancellation request.
